Loyola College Chennai has officially appointed Loyola Alumni Events LLC to organize and conduct the proposed event. Loyola Alumni Events LLC is a duly licensed company under the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, holding Commercial License No.1323589.
The execution of the proposed event is contingent upon obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from the relevant authorities in the UAE.
Loyola Alumni Events LLC reserves the right to accept or deny any sponsorship proposals at its discretion. The decision of the event organizer is final in all matters relating to sponsorship approvals.
Loyola Alumni Events LLC reserves the right to amend sponsorship deliverables based on the available infrastructure and event conditions. Any changes will be communicated to sponsors at the earliest opportunity.
Loyola Alumni Events LLC reserves the right to cancel the event or alter any aspects of the event, including sponsorship deliverables, without prior notice. In such cases, the decision of Loyola Alumni Events LLC will be final and binding.
